Grace & Grit was never something I set out to build.. but it's always been something God has been building in me. This is the space where I share what He's teaching me about leadership, obedience, real faith in real life, and how to stay steady when the plan falls apart.
If you're leading people, loving people, or just trying to keep life moving with grace in the middle and grit in the details, you're in the right place.

Grace & Grit started in the middle of a season I never would have chosen. After years of serving, leading, juggling kids, AWANA, school, ministry, and baseball schedules, my body finally hit PAUSE before my brain did.
Recovery forced stillness. Stillness revealed purpose. And in those weeks of sleepless nights, prayers, and "Lord, what are you doing?" moments, He started piecing together something new.
Grace for the parts of life that feel messy. Grit for the parts that require strength. And a space to share what He's teaching me through all of it.
That's how this began, not from a plan, but from His timing.
Leadership isn't about spotlights, it's about obedience. Over the years, God has taught me that leading well starts with following Him first. It looks like serving in the trenches, giving grace when things get messy, and holding steady when the load feels heavy.
Real leadership takes both..
Grace to love people where they are.
Grit to keep walking where God calls, even when it's hard.
Grace & Grit is where all the pieces of my life get to meet, faith, family, ministry, leadership, and the everyday real life moments God works through. It's where structure meets surrender, organization meets obedience, and grit meets grace.... every single day.
I've learned that ministry doesn't only happen in the church building, or on stages, or schedules. It happens in the middle, In the baseball bleachers, grocery aisles, school pickups, carpool lines, quiet mornings, and late night prayers. That's where God meets us, not in perfection but in presence. I don't know exactly what God will do with this space, but I know it's His! And if He can use my story, He can use yours too. So welcome, I am really glad you're here!
